Recipe 4.0t is a liquid herbal extract based on well-documented herbs with a combination of science and tradition.

When winter approaches, colds often follow. In its content, Recipe 4.0t presents a high concentration (60%) of Echinacea (red sun hat), which has a documented ability to strengthen the body's defense system and act as a support in the treatment of colds. In addition, the formula includes Sage, which has a natural antiseptic effect and further complements its ability to promote well-being.

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be dropped into a glass of water to be taken.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.

Contains & quantity:

Ethanol, Red Sunhat 60% (Echinacea purpurea), Nettle, Horseradish, Sage.
For one part by weight of dried herbs, four parts by weight of ethanol (40%-vol) have been used

Amount: 50 ml

Intake:

1.5 ml (approx. 30 drops) in a glass of water 1-3 times daily. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be taken with a glass of water.

Daily intake:

Drink 1-3 times daily as needed.

Storage:

Dry and dark and out of reach of small children. Not above normal room temperature. Opened packaging is kept tightly closed.

Contraindications:

Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or serious liver disease.
