Purchase terms

1. About us
True Health AB 559290-9062, Tallidsvägen 6 in Nacka, is responsible for purchases made on this website.

For information on how we handle personal data according to GDPR, see paragraph no. 10.

2. Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include value added tax and other fees. The total cost of the purchase will appear clearly before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and shipping costs.

3. Subscriptions

You can easily change and cancel your subscription by logging into your account.

  • On delivery every 14 days (from date of purchase). The subscription is a permanent subscription with at least 3 deliveries. The subscription can be terminated at any time with 30 days notice.
  • On delivery every 30 days (from date of purchase). The subscription is a permanent subscription with at least 2 deliveries. The subscription can be terminated at any time with 30 days notice.
  • Delivery every 45 days from your purchase date. The subscription is a permanent subscription with at least 2 deliveries.
    The subscription can be terminated at any time with 30 days notice.

All subscriptions can be terminated at any time with 30 days' notice.

4. Delivery
Usually the item will be sent from us no later than 3 working days after the order is received. If the item is not in stock, we will notify you as soon as we can, and will offer you another item or a cancellation of the order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information in the order confirmation is correct. If it is not correct, this must be notified immediately. The order confirmation is the basis for what is delivered, how and where it is to be sent. Delivery always takes place to the specified address on the order confirmation.
If the address changes after order confirmation, it is the customer's responsibility to inform them of this before the order is sent.
In the event of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all possible extra costs.

5. Shipping
We send your item with PostNord. Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase.

6. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an item, please email us at info@pharmacy.garden before the item leaves our warehouse. For goods that have left our warehouse, we will send a return slip for a fee.

7. Complaints
If there is a fault with the product, you should within a reasonable time after you discover it, notify us (write in which way) about the fault. We will then inform you about how to proceed (the rules regarding complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act).

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

We strive for 100% satisfied customers. We truly believe in our products and want you to try them without hesitation.

You can enjoy our product, and if you feel that the product did not meet your expectations, just contact us at info@pharmacy.garden with your order number, and we will transfer the purchase amount back to you, and you can keep the product.

We hope you will pass it on to someone else who has a chance to try our products.
This rule applies to one-off orders and to one package per delivery address.

9. Payment
We require payment for the item from the time it is dispatched from us.

10. Card information
When you shop with us, the payment is processed by either Klarna, Shopify Payments or Mondido Payments AB. Card information is always sent encrypted using SSL/TLS. All card information is stored in accordance with the card network's regulations regarding PCI DSS, Level 1.

11. Personal data and GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal data. We store the information that is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited or deleted, which we will do to the extent possible under applicable law (such as the Accounting Act). We are the personal data controller for the data collected and have entered into personal data processing agreements with our subcontractors. Below you can see which subcontractors we use and for what purpose we use them.
