Recipe 2.0t is a liquid herbal extract with well-documented herbs that unites scientific research with traditional insights. Lemon balm is one of the ingredients found in Recipe 2.0t and has the potential to support normal relaxation, as well as Valerian.

According to the Public Health Agency, sleep problems are a very common phenomenon in Sweden. In 2020, a total of 42 percent of the population between the ages of 16 and 84 reported experiencing sleep problems. Among these, 34 percent stated that the complaints were mild. The highest percentages of people with sleep problems were found in the age group 65–84 years, while the lowest percentages were noted in the age group 16–29 years (38 percent).

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be dropped into a glass of water to be taken.

Contains & quantity:

Ethanol 40% vol, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Spearmint (Origanum vulgare), Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
For one part by weight of dried herbs, four parts by weight of ethanol (40%-vol) have been used

Amount: 50 ml

Intake:

1.5-2 ml (approx. 30-40 drops) in a glass of water 1 hour before laying. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be taken with a glass of water.

Daily intake:

Drink 1 hour before laying.

Storage:

Dry and dark and out of reach of small children. Not above normal room temperature. Opened packaging is kept tightly closed.

Contraindications:
