Recipe 2.1t - Memory Focus is a liquid herbal extract with well-documented herbs derived from science & tradition.

Recipe 2.1 contains Greek mountain tea (Sideritis). Sideritis can be directly translated from Greek to "He who is made of steel." Today, much research is being conducted on Sideritis and its effect on the brain.

In order to gradually optimize the therapeutic effect, we recommend continuous use over a period of 2-4 weeks. For best results, we recommend that you follow a specific dosage schedule:

    •    Week 1: Take 3 times per day to kick start the effect.
    •    Weeks 2 & 3: Step down to 2 times per day to continue building the effect.

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be dropped into a glass of water to be taken.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.

Contains & quantity:

Ethanol, Greek mountain tea (Sideritis)
For one part by weight of dried herbs, four parts by weight of ethanol (40%-vol) have been used

Amount: 50 ml

Intake:

1.5 ml (approx. 30 drops) in a glass of water 1-3 times daily. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be taken with a glass of water.

Daily intake:

Drink 1-3 times daily as needed.

Storage:

Dry and dark and out of reach of small children. Not above normal room temperature. Opened packaging is kept tightly closed.

Contraindications:

Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or serious liver disease.
