Recipe 3.0 - Content & Preparation
Contains:
Fenugreek (Foenugraeci semen) 36%, Frangulae cortex 20%, (Ononidis radix), Dandelion root (Taraxaci radix), Caraway seed (Carvi fructus), Linden flowers (Tiliae flos), Lemon balm (Melissa herba), Licorice root (Glycyrrhizae radix) 3%, Ginger (Zingiberis rhizoma)
The herbs have been allowed to grow and mature in their optimal environment in nature & small-scale farms, and then hand-harvested and sun-dried. The herbs are therefore packed with their healing essential oils.
Preparation:
Pour 1.5 tablespoons (9g) of the herbs into 5 dl of cold water. Bring to a boil and let cool under the lid. Strain and drink between meals spread over a day. Can be prepared in the evening and kept in the refrigerator.
Daily intake:
500 ml ready herbal drink/day between meals for 20 days. Drink at least 2L of water/day, and increase your intake of fruit and vegetables.
OBS! Avoid sugar, alcohol, carbonated and sweetened drinks during the course for maximum effect.

Dry, not above normal room temperature
