Shipping prices & Delivery times
Price for shipping within Sweden is from SEK 29 and the price for shipping is based on weight.
We send our packages with PostNord.
Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 499.
Shipping prices for herbal products & accessories:
- Up to 0.25 kg - SEK 39
- 0.25 kg to 0.5 kg - SEK 49
- 0.501 kg to 1.0 kg - SEK 59
- 1.01 kg to 2.0 kg - SEK 69
- Orders over SEK 499 - free shipping
Shipping prices mugs & clothes:
T-shirts:
Shipping costs SEK 67.50 for first products, as they are sent from an external printing company. If you order more products, only SEK 11.75 / t-shirt is added.
Mugs:
The shipping costs SEK 77.88 for the first products, as it is sent from the printer. If you order more products, only SEK 16.95 / mug is added.
The shipping price is calculated at checkout before payment

Within Sweden: 1-3 days
Outside Sweden: 14-40 days depending on the country

Within Sweden 5-7 days Outside Sweden: 5-7 days
Order confirmation and tracking
When you as a customer place an order on an order, you will receive a confirmation email to your email. This email will also contain a tracking number for your order.
Processing time for orders
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. If there is a sudden increase in volume, a possible delay may occur. In the event of a longer delay, you as a customer will be contacted with information about this.
Damages
If the item you ordered should be damaged or destroyed during shipping, we at True Health AB are responsible for this. In case of any damage, please contact us via email and we will get back to you with a solution within 24 hours. Save the packaging and the product.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information in the order confirmation is correct. If it is not correct, this must be notified immediately. The order confirmation is the basis for what is delivered, how and where it is to be sent. Delivery always takes place to the specified address. If the address changes after order confirmation, it is the customer's responsibility to inform them of this before the order is sent.
In the event of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all possible extra costs.
