Recipe 1.0t is an herbal tincture for oral use.

A well-functioning digestion is important for us to feel good and to absorb all the nutrients we eat. Stomach acid & digestive enzymes are secreted in the stomach & small intestines, but if there are not enough enzymes and stomach acid, there will be a delay in digestion that causes a feeling of heaviness & tension in the stomach. By stimulating the production of stomach acid & enzymes as well as stimulating intestinal movement, easier & faster digestion is enabled, and the feeling of heaviness & tension in the stomach is reduced.

Recipe 1.0t is taken as needed.

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be dropped into a glass of water to be taken.

Since the therapeutic effect increases gradually, continuous use is recommended for 2–4 weeks.

Contents & quantity:

Ethanol 40% vol, Peppermint (20%), Yarrow (20%), Fennel seeds (20%), Lemon balm (20%), Chamomile (20%)
To one part by weight dried herbs has four parts by weight ethanol (40%-vol) has been used
Amount: 50 ml

Intake:

1.5 ml (approx. 30 drops) in a glass of water if needed. Shake before use. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.

The tincture is strong in taste, and should be taken with a glass of water.

Daily intake:

Drink 1-3 times daily as needed.

Storage:

Dry and dark and out of reach of small children. Not above normal room temperature. Opened packaging is kept tightly closed.

Contraindications:

Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or serious liver disease.
