By stimulating the production of stomach acid, enzymes and bowel movements, smoother and faster digestion is enabled, while the unwanted feeling of heaviness and tension in the stomach is reduced.

The ingredients in Recipe 1.0 are carefully selected to effectively relieve gas formation and promote a healthy digestive process. The product is taken as needed for best results.

To gradually optimize the therapeutic effect, we recommend continuous use over a period of 2-4 weeks. We put the quality of our raw materials first, and these come mainly from small-scale farms or wild picking. Herbs from southeastern Europe are characterized by high levels of active substances, thanks to small-scale farming, a favorable climate, fertile soil, a long tradition of medicinal plants and gentle sun drying that preserves the essential oils of the herbs and their effect.

The herbs have been allowed to grow and mature in their optimal environment in nature & small-scale farms, and then hand-harvested and sun-dried. The herbs are therefore packed with their healing essential oils.

Preparation:

- Boil water.
- Take a tablespoon (15 ml / 2.5 g) of the mixture in a filter.
- Pour in 2 dl of the hot water.
- Leave for 15 min (be careful with the time)
ATTENTION! Sweetening with honey or sugar should be avoided for maximum effect!

Daily intake:

Drink 1-3 times daily as needed.
