This infusion is perfect to help your body recover after intense training and prepare you for the next challenge

To gradually optimize the therapeutic effect, we recommend continuous use over a period of 2-4 weeks. We put the quality of our raw materials first, and these come mainly from small-scale farms or wild picking. Herbs from southeastern Europe are characterized by high levels of active substances, thanks to small-scale farming, a favorable climate, fertile soil, a long tradition of medicinal plants and gentle sun drying that preserves the essential oils of the herbs and their effect.

Preparation:

Boil water.
- Take a tablespoon (15 ml) in a filter.
- Pour in 2 dl of the hot water.
- Let steep for 15 minutes with a covered cup

Daily intake:

Drink 1-3 times daily as needed.

Dry, not above normal room temperature
