Innehåll & mängd:

Recipe 2.0t: Etanol (40%-vol), Citronmeliss, Valeriana, Kungsmynta, Pepparmynta.
Recipe 2.1t: Etanol (40%-vol), Grekiskt bergste (Sideritis).
Tillverkningsförhållande: 1 del torkade örter till 4 delar etanol (40%-vol).
Mängd: 50 ml per flaska.

Dosering:

Recipe 2.0t: 1,5–2 ml (30–40 droppar) i ett glas vatten, 1 timme innan läggdags.
Recipe 2.1t: 1,5 ml (30 droppar) i ett glas vatten, 1–3 gånger dagligen vid behov.
Användning: Skaka flaskan före användning. Fortsätt dagligen i 2–4 veckor för optimal effekt. Tinkturen är stark i smaken och bör blandas med vatten.

Viktigt:

Använd ej vid graviditet, amning eller allvarlig leversjukdom.
Rekommenderad dos bör ej överskridas.
